I thought I wasn't one of those coders who like to play with programming outside of work.

I was wrong.

Being at the same job for over 10 years, it's hard to learn now stuff (ok I admit, I've been lazy). But now as I'm trying to catch up to the technology world, I find all the improvements fascinating.

Nowaday it is super easy to learn new things, so many tools, documentation and resources are available for free. And I find myself getting very excited whenever I learn about all the new things that I can do.

Sometimes people get the feeling that as we're getting older we can do less and less. But it's actually the other way around. by doing more and learning more, that's when we feel young again.
